     Have you ever gone to a frozen yogurt place like U Top It and wondered what your favorite flavor of frozen yogurt says about you? Sometimes it is easy to get caught up in college life, between homework and any extracurricular activities that you may have on the side. This is why it does not hurt to have some time to de -stress and to make your own frozen yogurt!   To do this, you just need yogurt and a sweetener of your choice, and whatever else you would like to add in to make your favorite frozen yogurt flavor! You will blend all of that together in a food processor and then freeze for two hours !   After this, it can be eaten plain, or it can be topped with whatever other treats like candies and fruit s that you would like to top it off with.   This is a great treat that you can top with whatever you want, and you can even make enough to have leftovers later! It is almost as good as U Top It frozen yogurt ... almost .
